Half amazing, half disappointing

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast included a waffle station with great topping choices! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles.

Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready on time upon check-in, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Additionally, the elevator appeared neglected and needs better maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay here with our child! The hotel was clean and had a welcoming vibe. We visited the Children's Museum of Acadiana, which was a hit with our little one. The waffle station at breakfast was also a big bonus for kids!

I felt instantly at home with the inviting decor and plush bed. I loved the complimentary breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries that were to die for! Plus, the leisure room was the perfect spot to unwind with its comfy seating and a TV, it definitely added to my overall chill vibe.

The property felt modern and well-maintained. The staff consistently greeted us with a smile which made us feel welcomed. Breakfast featured a solid selection of items. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries among the offerings.

Although the mattress was quite comfortable, I would have preferred more pillow options for a customizable sleeping experience.

After a long drive, I appreciated the comfortable beds in our room. Breakfast offered a decent variety. However, housekeeping could improve. we found an empty shampoo bottle, and the bathtub didn't drain well. The staff were friendly but could be more attentive to guest needs.
